Return of Products

There will be no return for products that has been delivered due to the nature of the product and for hygiene purposes. 

Cancellation of orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us at least 2 days before the delivery day via whatapps/ call/ email. Please do note that the refund will only be made in credit voucher without expiry date which can be use in next order. 

Damages of products

We will pack and seal our cake nicely, also informing our delivery guy to always deliver with extra care. However, we are not liable for any damages on the products caused during delivery. Transparent cake box will be used, the delivery guy can get to check to ensure the condition of the products are in good & perfect condition. 

Other Issues

Please do check and inspect your item upon reception, do contact us through whatapps/ call immediately if you found that you received a wrong item or incomplete orders. Complaints made a day after delivery will not be entertain.
